December 7, 2020: My love for Samin Nosrat, thanks to Salt, Fat, Acid, Heat, a cooking explanation of my dreams - which many friends I have who are way more advanced cehfs, and were before quarantine, recommended and love - but exploded when I finally started listening to "Home Cooking," her podcast with Hrishikesh Hirway, which exposed me to her LAUGH.
