June 5, 2019: I'm producing a carnival-like event for children, under the theme of W0NDER. My boss sent me a snippet of "Explode Every Day: Inquiries Into The Phenomena of Wonder," the catalogue from a recent show at MASS M0CA curated by Denise Markonish. I read it cover to cover and pillaged its bibliography in the Rose Reading Room, and have ceded to Markonish as my new reigning professional crush, sweetened by the fact that she's confessed to identifying as a producer.
